How promotion activation works
A card promotion is activated only after a verified successful Stripe webhook. A direct invoice bank transfer is activated only after an authorised administrator records cleared funds.
What a promotion changes
Featured ads appear in clearly labelled paid-placement areas. Promotion does not change organic relevance ranking and does not guarantee views, enquiries or a sale.
Payment problems
- Do not pay twice if a checkout appears delayed.
- Keep the Stripe receipt or invoice reference.
- Contact support with the listing and transaction reference.
- Review the refund policy for eligibility and processing information.
Common questions
Why is my promotion not active yet?
The payment may be incomplete, expired or awaiting confirmed settlement. Activation occurs only after the appropriate verified payment event.
Does paying guarantee that my ad ranks first?
No. Paid placement is separately labelled and does not override organic ranking.
