Use a consistent title format
Buyers scan quickly. Start with product type, then condition, then the key differentiator: county, location or standout feature.
Use this title pattern
- Product + key condition: "Maple dining table - Good, Cork city"
- Age only when relevant: "4-bedroom apartment for rent - Galway city centre"
- Include one concrete detail: size, model, or year.
Answer common objections before they appear
State pickup options, transport constraints, defects and delivery options early. If the listing is short and visual, buyers send better questions and are more likely to convert.
