Stage for honest proof, not glamour

Buyers move faster when photos match reality. Stage each room with a single clear focal point, then capture both wide and close detail shots.

The order that works best

  • Start with living room, kitchen and main bathroom
  • Add bedroom and storage views
  • Show exact location and access points outside
  • Include a short note list: heating, parking, utilities, defects

If there are repair items or pending defects, mention them before contact. Transparency keeps enquiry quality high and negotiation faster.
